Settings covers commercial configuration used when quoting and creating subscriptions.

Pricing settings

Settings (main list) holds pricing configuration rows, typically per country / partner context.

1. Open Settings.
2. Create or edit a pricing settings record for the relevant country.
3. Save before creating subscriptions that depend on those rates.

Partner admins only see pricing for their partner’s country. If nothing appears, confirm partner assignment and country setup.

Taxes

1. Open Settings → Taxes (or /settings/taxes).
2. Maintain tax records used in subscription calculations.
3. Ensure taxes match the countries you sell into.

Clinic types

1. Open Settings → Clinic types.
2. Create types used on organizations and enquiries (for example Solo, Multi-Chair).
3. Assign a clinic type when creating an organization.

Recommended order

1. Countries (super admin)
2. Pricing settings + taxes
3. Clinic types
4. Plans and add-ons
5. Organizations and subscriptions
