Account & login

Log in

1. Go to the CRM login page.
2. Enter email and password.
3. Click Login.

Invalid credentials show an error on the form. Contact a super admin if you need an account created.

Forgot password

1. On the login page, open Forgot password.
2. Enter your email and submit.
3. Open the reset link from your email (link uses the configured frontend URL).
4. Set a new password on the Reset password page.

Profile

Open Account from the user menu (header).

You can typically:

• View your name, email, and role
• Update profile details where editable
• Change your password

Language

The login screen and app support language switching. Your choice is saved in the browser (lang) for later visits.

Sign out

Use Logout in the user menu when you finish your session.
