Plans

Plans define what an organization gets: validity, base price, included clinics/users, and SMS / WhatsApp credits.

List plans

Open Plans to browse the catalog. Status should be ACTIVE for a plan to appear when creating subscriptions.

Create or edit a plan

1. Go to Plans → New, or open an existing plan.
2. Set:
   • Country
   • Name
   • Validity — trial (7 days), monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, multi-year options
   • Yearly base price (and related pricing fields on the form)
   • Status (ACTIVE / inactive as offered)
   • Included clinics, users, SMS credits, WhatsApp credits
3. Use preview if available, then save.

Partner admins work within their partner / country context; super admins can manage broader catalogs.

How plans connect

Country → Plan → Subscription → Organization

Subscriptions only offer plans that match the organization’s country and are active.

Tips

• Align plan validity with how you sell (trial vs annual).
• Keep naming clear by country and tier (for example “IN — Growth Yearly”).
• After plans exist, configure add-ons and pricing settings.
